This cowboy country of Wyoming is quite rural and is the least populous state in the lower forty- eight. But this state is a haven for tourist in the summer heading to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Teton National Park.  Yellowstone is America’s oldest park and it is unmatched in mountainous scenery and wilderness. It’s most famous attraction are the geysers that is fueled by a hidden super volcano underneath-capable of destroying the human race if and when it ever decides to erupt. Let’s hope not.

Be sure to visit the Devils Tower, it is in far northeast Wyoming and was featured in the movie, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”. Cheyenne the capital, features a great rodeo festival in the summer that attracts people from all the neighboring states. If Wyoming is not wild wild West enough for you, head up to Jackson with its overflow of art galleries, old style boardwalks and

restaurants and bars.  Busy in the summer it is also a favorite ski destination in the winter.
